By the end of this WebQuest, you should have a great amount of knowledge about the Wright brothers. You will know and understand all the hard work they put into getting up in the air and what it took to get there.
The plane that you design will be your own personal model, but the point is to also look at how the Wright brothers built their successful plane back in 1903. The way you write in your journal, the language and jargon that you use, should be similar to how they would have spoken in the early 1900's. When the project complete you will have hopefully expanded your knowledge and skills about this time period and the Wright brothers.
Now that you have gone through the process of designing your own airplane, what would you like to do? Did you enjoy this topic enough to research the space program, flight schools, or even the air force? Explain in detail how this project has brought new light into your life involving air crafts.
